  My friend used them at their wedding. The cake tasted great, and was beautiful. I decided to use them as well. The initial cake tasting meeting, the ladies were busy and seemed frazzled like they didn't have time to do a cake testing even though it had been scheduled weeks in advance. We decided to book. They asked me to email them the specifics of the cake w/ detailed pictures. I emailed 3 times over a period of one month requesting a response so I knew they received it. Finally I called to ensure they did get it, they had - they were just too busy to reply. I called to make payment, they were busy, said they'd call back - they didn't. I called a week later, same thing. Even though I had emailed the pictures, they asked me to print them and bring them by so I did. I was told the cake would be delivered by 4:30 on the wedding day. 4:30 came and went...5:30 comes around - still no cake - ceremony starts at 6:30 - my friend calls to find out where the cake is - they sent the delivery person to the wrong location - they didn't even have the right location. We had to tell them where to come and the groom's cake was being delivered separately by someone else. And on top of that I had ordered and paid for some speciality items - thay were forgotten. I'm trying to get a refund for those since they are no use to me now the wedding is over. Sooo while yes the cake was beautiful - yes it tasted wonderful, yes the ladies are pleasant enough, however with running a buisness - they could use a full time assistant, more help, better organizing, better professionalism. I would not use them again for the lack of professionalism & communication.

  I used this company for my wedding cake and numerous birthday cakes after that and these ladies are wonderful! The cakes are very good and they are very artistic as well. They provided exactly what I wanted each time and each time the cakes were flawless! I highly recommend them! They are great on designs and on the wallet as well!
