  This is concerning the BK on 24 Hwy in Independence MO. This is the best BK I have had service through. The eating area is always clean and well lighted. The kitchen area kept spotless. Service at the drive through is ptompt, the employees are properly and neatly dressed and trained.
  Overall I would give it a five star rating.

  The whopper is so fantastic plus I love salad and hamburgers combining the two is heaven on a bun.

  This location is poorly managed. Consistently dirty, broken/depleted Freestyle machine. Employees argue loudly. I've eaten at BK all over the world. I'd rate this one of the worst. BK in general has really let their standards slip the past few years. Whopper was cold today.
  
  I'm done patronizing this location.

  Rating of three is not/does not indicate a problem or poor quality. It's a Burger King. Whoppers your way, etc. The staff here has always been friendly and nice, the place is always/has always been clean.
